The PSSC assists the Principal in an advisory role. The committee consists of 6-12 members with a majority of parent members and a teacher representative. A call for participation and/or election occurs in September.
PSSC responsibilities are as follows: Communication with the District Education Council (DEC), nominating members of the school appeal committee, communicating with families and community members, developing a positive school climate, and monitoring the School Improvement Plan.
2022-2023 Members: Mel Marr, Lis Dormer, Sarah Holdsworth, Erin James, Tiffany Loft, Candice Gillis, Rebecca Sear, Brandi White, Victoria Baker, Kathy Hennessey, Chrysta Venator, Lori Jones Clark, and Gary Dunn.
